There’s soooo much more to flowers than meets the eye—and trust us, every petal’s got a story.
Let’s start with the real MVPs: our flower growers. These legends pour their hearts into every stem, navigating weather tantrums, crop dramas, and countless trials just to bring new colours and varieties into the world. By the time their trucks roll into the flower markets in the dead of night, they’ve already put in a full day’s work—and it’s only breakfast time for them!
While most of the world is still dreaming, florists are up by 4am, heading to the markets by 5am where the chaos begins. Think: splashing buckets, noisy hustle, zero time for snoozing. We’re there, wide-eyed (kind of), hunting for the best colours, shapes, and quality blooms to bring your floral dreams to life. Once the checklist is ticked, the vehicles packed with care, and the next coffee is down—it's back to our flower HQ.
By 7am, the real prep begins. Every single flower is unwrapped, stripped of thorns and leaves, snipped just right, and placed in water to rehydrate. We inspect each bloom like we’re gifting it to someone we love—because honestly, that’s how much we care. This conditioning process is slow and meticulous, but it’s what gives our flowers that fresh, just-picked magic.
Then it's go-time. Orders are created with serious attention to detail. Whether you’ve sent inspo photos, colour preferences, or a message for Mum—we’re all over it. If something’s out of season, we’ll substitute thoughtfully to keep your vibe intact. Every bouquet is hand-crafted, wrapped, and ribboned with care… and then it’s time for the final mission: deliveries.
Now this is where things get really fun. No parking? No problem. Wrong address? We’ve seen it all. Recipients who don’t answer, lifts that take years to arrive, long walks through office towers... the behind-the-scenes delivery chaos is real.
But then—that smile. Whether it’s on the doorstep, over the phone, or through a surprise delivery at work, that smile from the sender or receiver makes everything worth it.
And that, right there, is why we love what we do.
